This file provides tips on team-play for Praetorians.

basic
- Game INstalation and upgrade patchs
- download and install patch 1.05
- GameConnector . See Online Play Problems for details on how to setup game.
- read about the online rules for team-play hints
- download and watch a few sequences to learn the tricks of experienced players.
- view multiplayer sequences (single player options) before you try online team-play. You will be suprised to learn most online players are 10 times faster than the CPU and much more skilled and difficult to beat.

- download and install mod 4.1 , this gives you 3 more races and many more maps for free. Most players have these and will expect you to have them too.

- download and install race Rashiduns
- download and install Abacvs Client for easy Sequence Management and Upload.
- upload Sequences to share your multiplayer experience .
- share with pixelwars your best sequences and conquer the other guys.

- get the MapEditor to produce your own Custom Maps.
About Rules, Game-Play, and Team-play
If you are a newbee (noob), you may try to build siege weapon or towers for defense. This is a bad idea when playing as a team. WHen playing as a team it is important to work with your team members to combine your forces quickly and defeat unprepared and inferior enemies. The game is about speed of movement and being where your enemy does not expect you to be. This is why Caesar was great in battle and why this game is fun. If you are a new player tell people when you enter a room. A new player puts an experienced team at a disadvantage. Some games do not want new players and some dont mind. If you are new, nobody knows you, so dont be angry when you got kicked from a game. Those guys simply want balanced teams the teamplay. That is why it is important to introduce yourself when you enter a room. Very quickly people will get to know you. And then you can join or create a clan.

you can easy help us to translate this into many languages as possible. We know that many nations not have english as a 2. language in scool . So help those who simple wanna play online fast , without studi english text.
